We are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring that our customers have a positive rental experience. We proudly offer online booking and after-hours returns for a hassle-free experience.
Rental Policies
Cancellation
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the rental. We do not offer partial refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Refund or Exchange
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, prorates, or alternate date selection. Please confirm all travel plans and weather conditions prior to booking.
Eligibility
All renters and drivers must be 21 years of age or older to rent and operate our equipment.
Pet Policy
Pets of any size are prohibited from riding on our equipment.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.
Rental Agreement
Please review and sign the rental agreement prior to your rental. A valid state-issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and a valid credit card on file are required. Please note: a valid credit card must remain on file for overages and damages. See Rental Agreement for details.
Rental Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, regardless of reason. All carts must remain in the designated downtown Senoia area and cannot be driven on any roadway where the posted speed limit exceeds 25mph. Our equipment cannot be removed from the designated downtown Senoia area and there is no legal access to Peachtree City, GA.
